Hands down! My favorite place to come for my pedicure and waxing services. The ladies are so warm and welcoming. I always give a courtesy call to see if they have room for two pedicures. The services are exceptional! I love coming here with my daughter!

The owner is beyond caring and all the girls are wonderful at doing a real great job and making sure the client's are happy and satisfied with the service they received. Also there is one male that works part-time that is beyond wonderful with foot and I mean wonderful!!! The owner is on top of having new items and colors, she keeps a very clean shop and is up to date on all the new rules/policies.

I came in with 2 broken nails ready to take them off but Ms. Christine hooked me up and made my acrylic nails and the fingers that had the missing nails look amazing with a custom shellac color!! The salon was beautiful, the technicians were funny and professional (loved how they had name tags) and everybody loved the services they received. I'll definitely be a returning customer

My favorite place for mani/pedi! Highly recommend!!! Christine and Kim do really good mani, acrylics, and nail designs and Nikki is my favorite for pedicures. All the staff at Lotus are good.

This nail salon was recommended by my co-worker who has amazing nails! I live in Puyallup but drove out to Fircrest because I was tired of getting lumpy gel nails at my local salon. Kim did my nails today, and she was FANTASTIC!!! So much attention to detail and they turned out perfect. My nails have never looked better. I think I showed up around 11:45 and didn't leave until shortly past 2pm. I had to have my old gross set removed and have a new set (acrylic powder) put on. It's perfect and I'll be back!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I've been going here for a couple of years now and I never leave disappointed. Everyone is so kind and they remember you even after one visit. I love that they have a selection of dip powder, gel, and regular color so you can get the same color even if you don't want gel on both your hands and toes. Highly recommend. I send all my friends and family here when they ask.
